Villa Petalouda began in 2018
This stunning new build aim was to encompass its natural surroundings and to appreciate the amazing sea view it offers across to mainland Greece. It sits above the outstandingly beautiful Greek harbour of Loggos.
It’s built with authentic Paxos stone to a very high standard, which blends in with established Olive trees. It offers ample space for holiday guests to unwind and relax by the private infinity pool, whilst being well located to explore the Island.
Whether you are after a family holiday treat, a romantic break or a friends ‘get together’! Our unique villa features the best amenities and facilities, for a comfortable luxurious stay for our guests’ holiday. Beautiful large interior on one level, functional design and offers a warm, friendly ambiance!

We stayed for a week in July and had a fabulous time. The villa is spotless. Very light and airy. Great Aircon too in every room. Works very well for two families. The view is spectacular. Very close to our favourite village of Loggos. We will be back.

We stayed at Villa Petalouda in September 2022. There were seven of us ranging in age from early 20s to mid seventies and each of us enjoyed the holiday and, in particular, our stay in the pretty, comfortable villa. To wake every morning to a spectacular, golden sunrise was a privilege and to sit gazing at the panoramic views below a joy. We explored the three main towns and Loggos (the closest) became our favourite. Easy to access via the ‘donkey track’ or by taxi (easier still), we loved visiting the bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Some of us walked across the island to watch the sunset and one day we hired a boat and went round the island exploring caves and hidden beaches. The days passed by bathed in sunshine and shaded by olive trees. Paxos is everything you want from a Greek island and villa Petalouda the icing on the cake! Writing this makes me want to be there again. Sure we will go back one of these days. Hope all is well with you Best, Maryx

Stayed at this wonderful villa recently and it exceeded any expectations I had. The view alone made me want to relax by the pool and not ever leave. I could choose from sitting in the beautiful interior with it’s open plan living rooms/kitchens where I could watch dusk setting or dining outside as the weather was still warm even in September! Jenny and Phil have thought of everything and I really wish them the best for this venture on a such a gorgeous & serene island 🙂

We had a great stay at the Villa, which was perfect for our group of 3 couples in the 3 rooms and a friend on one of the sofa beds. The location was great as it provided good access to the various towns on the island, and there are also great tavernas nearby. Would recommend having a car, although the taxis are quick and convenient as well. Check-in process was quick and easy as well. Thanks very much!

We had a wonderful 10 days in Petalouda. We are regular visitors to Paxos and the location was perfect – close to Lalla and Manadendri. The design and finish in the villa were the best we have experienced on the island and Jenny and Phil were great hosts. The bedrooms were really comfortable and the kitchens perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The pool and terrace were beautiful. We’d have no hesitation in recommending Petalouda to other groups like ours !

So helpful with COVID! We had booked to travel to Villa Petalouda in the summer of 2020, but very sadly had to cancel because of the travel restrictions around COVID. Phil and Jenny were brilliant. They gave us a full refund without a quibble. I hope that we will get a chance to visit finally in 2021.
